The Role: Restaurant Hostess
As a Restaurant Hostess, you are the first impression of the brand. You’ll greet guests with warmth, manage reservations, coordinate seating, and ensure smooth communication between the dining room and management team. Your role is essential to setting the tone for exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and escort guests to their tables
- Maintain an organized reservation system
- Coordinate waitlists and optimize seating arrangements
- Provide guests with menu information and respond to inquiries
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen, and management to maintain smooth service flow
- Uphold Rise Group’s hospitality standards at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and a friendly, confident demeanor
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (especially Arabic or French) are a plus
- Must be eligible to live and work in Qatar
